Why Join the MSU Alumni Association if you live in Metro Chicago?
It is very beneficial for all MSU Alumni in and around Chicago to join Michigan State's Alumni Association. Why? Partially due to the lifeline it creates between you to MSU. As Keith Williams, Executive Director of the MSU Alumni Association says, "It allows MSU to provide you quality programs and services such as the MSU Alumni Magazine, Lifelong Education programs, cultural and athletic events, and traditional activities such as Homecoming and reunions. It also helps to define the support MSU received from its many alumni and friends." Another extremely important reason why we directly benefit here in Chicago if local Spartans join the MSUAA is the fact that we receive funding for each and every individual who signs up. This funding is crucial for our operations and fundraising activities. We use the funding for events, communications, insurance, endowment and other administrative expenses. The greater we can expand the MSUAA membership base, the stronger the MSU Alumni Club of Metro Chicago will be in the future. Details on how you can join are below. We need your support!
Membership If you are not a member of the MSU Alumni Association, you can sign up for an Annual Membership for $45, and a Lifetime Membership for $700. Click here to sign up on line, or call (877) MSU-ALUM.
Note: There is no membership fee for the MSU Alumni Club of Metro Chicago. We receive funding by the number of Chicago area Spartans who join the MSU Alumni Association.
