With a brand name as strong as its famous brew, Seattle-based Starbucks Coffee is going grande with a global marketing plan. Gerardo Lopez, president of Global Consumer Products at Starbucks, talks about the company's strategies for attracting customers all over the world while maintaining brand value, at the Dec. 4 Broad Executive Forum, in Troy, Mich.

Lopez' after-dinner keynote presentation caps an afternoon schedule that includes a faculty workshop and an industry panel discussion on strategies to expand brand and operations in the global marketplace.
